Evergreen, a company providing waste water treatment enzyme products, has announced that it is fulfilling all necessary procedures to distribute enzyme KBM in Viet Nam this year.

The enzyme, a solution imported from South Korea, will then be sold to industrial zones, plants, aquaculture and livestock farms to treat waste water. Evergreen uses the enzyme in waste water treatment activities in their own leather production plants.

With revenue of US$15 million per year, Evergreen is a member company of Lien Hoa Group, which has been operating in Viet Nam for 45 years. The group has total assets of VND545 billion ($19.4 million) with an average revenue of VND380 billion ($13.5 million) per year.

Covering an area of 21ha, the project is invested with total capital of $50 million. To be completed next year, it is expected to help the local economy of Ben Tre province. — VNS
