Bamboo Airways has issued a resolution to elect Phan Đình Tuệ Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bamboo Airways for the 2023 - 2028 term.

The resolution takes effect from February 7, 2024.

The election of a new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bamboo Airways is part of the process of consolidating the leadership apparatus, to meet the necessary conditions for the airline's new phase of development goals.

Tuệ is an experienced leader of nearly 40 years in the fields of economics, finance - banking and corporate restructuring.

At Bamboo Airways, before assuming the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tuệ was the Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

During the time he held a senior position at Bamboo Airways, Tuệ directly participated in operating and contributed to helping Bamboo Airways achieve many important goals in the restructuring roadmap, recording many positive changes in the business model, aircraft fleet structure, personnel structure and financial capacity.
