HA NOI (Biz Hub)— The State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) yesterday signed Decision No 1836/QD-NHNN to appoint Le Duc Tho, deputy general director of the Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) as chief administrator of the central bank's office.
Tho, born in 1970, has 21 years of experience in the banking sector, mostly spent at VietinBank. He had been a deputy CEO at the HOSE-listed lender for over three years.—VNS
