It is expected to create nearly 600 job opportunities for the local community and contribute to the overall economic development of Long An Province. Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyễn Văn Út, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and chairman of the People's Committee of Long An Province, said: “AEON Tân An is one of the projects with a large investment capital, aiming to construct a modern shopping centre comprising various amenities: a shopping area, a food court, an entertainment area, and more. It promises to be a destination where residents and tourists can experience a new lifestyle and immerse themselves in a space close to nature and friendly to the environment. Upon its operation, the shopping centre is expected to contribute to developing the province's trade and service sector, particularly by creating numerous job opportunities for local workers, boosting the consumption of Vietnamese goods, and supporting the development of local human resources.”
During the ceremony, AEON Vietnam also presented 200 trees to Tân An City in response to the "Planting Trees in Memory of President Hồ Chí Minh" campaign and "World Environment Day" activities.
