Vinmec partners with Japanese leading brands in providing general health check-up service
Vinmec Medical System signed a co-operation agreement with leading Japanese private medical facility Sanno Hospital and the International University of Health and Welfare (IUHW), the first university to provide comprehensive medical education in Japan, on January 13.
Vinmec Medical System signed a co-operation agreement with leading Japanese private medical facility Sanno Hospital and the International University of Health and Welfare (IUHW), the first university to provide comprehensive medical education in Japan, on January 13.
Under the agreement, Vinmec will provide a high-quality general health examination model following Japanese standards that is capable of detecting complex diseases early such as cancer, cardiovascular problems and diabetes.
Located next to Vinmec Times City International Hospital in Ha Noi, the Vinmec - Sanno Premium Medical Checkup Centre will be equipped with modern infrastructure and advanced medical equipment.
Sanno and IUHW will work with Vinmec hospital at all stages from development and assessment of general health check products to providing high-level health management personnel and skilled medical staff from Japan.
In addition, Sanno and IUHW will also support Vinmec in capacity building through standardisation of operational management, training doctors, nurses and technicians according to international standards. They will also provide and transfer technology to Vinmec in the following areas: standard and advanced medical services, training human resources, hospital operation, design and construction of facilities.
The co-operation with Sanno and IUHW not only realises the goal of providing international standard health services for Vietnamese people, but also helps Vinmec improve the quality of primary healthcare.
Vinmec will also organise health counselling and education programmes to raise awareness and to develop positive habits about the benefits of general health examinations for early detection of diseases. — VNS
