HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Realty developer Vingroup will officially launch Vincom Shophouse Tuyen Quang in the northern city of Tuyen Quang on May 29.

The project, spanning 10,357sq.m., owns the facades of four of the busiest streets in Quang Trung, Song Hao, Ha Huy Tap and Ly Thai To.

Residents of the shophouses will benefit from the modern infrastructure, convenient transportation options and thriving business environment of the complex.

According to Vingroup, buyers of these shophouses can start their own business or earn rental income, especially in the larger houses with widths of 5.5sq.m.–10.6sq.m.
