HÀ NỘI — Some of the most trusted travel companies and tourist accommodations in Việt Nam have been ranked by the Vietnam Report, a leading producer of reports on businesses, products and services in the country.

The company announced the top 10 trusted travel companies and top five trusted hotels and resorts for 2024 over the weekend.

The top 10 travel companies are the Vietnam Traveland Marketing Transports JSC (Vietravel), Saigontourist Travel Service Co., Ltd. (Saigontourist), Bến Thành Tourism Services JSC (Benthanh Tourist), Hanoi Tourism Corporation (Hanoitourist), Vietluxtour Travel JSC (Vietluxtour), Vinacomin Tourism & Trading JSC, Exotissimo Vietnam Travel JSC, Hồng Ngọc Hà Tourism Trading Construction JSC, TransViet Travel Co., Ltd. and TST Tourist Service & Trading Corporation.

The top five trusted hotels are the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Park Hyatt Saigon, Caravelle Hotel and Lotte Saigon Hotel.

The top five trusted resorts are the Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phú Quốc, Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Ana Mandara Cam Ranh, Đà Nẵng Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa, and Furama Resort Danang.

A ceremony is set to take place in January 2025 in Hà Nội to officially announce the rankings and honour the winning businesses and brands.

According to Vũ Đăng Vinh, Vietnam Report chief executive officer, the rankings were based on scientific and objective research.

The companies, hotels and resorts were evaluated based on three main criteria: financial capacity reflected in their financial reports from 2023 to the present, media credibility through articles written about them by credible media outlets, and results of surveys with the companies and their stakeholders in October and November 2024. — VNS
