Vietcap Securities (HOSE: VCI) has signed a deal for a US$45million syndicated loan with Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank through its offshore banking branch.
The loan carries short-term interest rates based on international market rates.
Vietcap has borrowed on four previous occasions between 2020 and 2022.
The company said the loan is a testament to its credit standing among investors, and was expected to pave the way for more offshore syndicated transactions in future.
