The Sai Gon Alcohol, Beer and Beverages Corporation (Sabeco) plans to provide 1,000 free air and bus tickets each before the Tet (Lunar New Year) to outstanding workers in industrial zones and processing zones in HCM City and the neighbouring provinces of Binh Duong and Dong Nai.

This follows a similar programme late last year which was greatly appreciated.

Bennett Neo, general director of Sabeco, said this year the 1,000 air tickets would be for flights from HCM City to Ha Noi, Vinh and Dong Hoi, and Quy Nhon cities, and the bus tickets would be to the provinces of Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Kien Giang, and Ca Mau.

It is meant to inspire workers who made outstanding contributions during the year, he added

SABECO together with the Central Youth Union and the managements of export processing zones will select the beneficiaries.

It is also offering another 100 free air tickets to workers who share the most interesting stories about their success at work. — VNS
