AELF FlightService has led the acquisition of the controlling interest in Malta-based Maleth Aero, by a group that includes its shareholder and key European partners. The move will integrate the two companies'' operations to better serve the global charter market.
Malta''s Demajo Group and Viet Nam''s I.value Joint Stock Company will
co-ordinate activities between the two countries to boost trade and
economic co-operation.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy and Malta Nguyen Hoang Long delivered a
statement at the first round-table workshop in La Valletta, capital of
Malta on Monday.
