HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Realty developer Sungroup will officially introduce its Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence in an event at the Lotte Hotel, Ha Noi on September 18.

The group also offered buyers an opportunity to receive a furniture package worth up to VND150 million (US$6.717).

The project has received a lot of attention from investors after more than a month's tour promoting the model apartments on No 69B Thuy Khue Street, which is considered one of the greenest parts of the city, with fresh air wafting in from West Lake and Botanical Park.

According to Sungroup, the location is also close to popular trading areas, the old quarter, embassies and offices, besides schools, hospitals, restaurants and parks as well as recreation and wellness services. In the future, it will be connected to the Metro Botanical Station.

Spread over 15,000 sq.m, Thuy Khue Sun City Grand Residence uses 45 per cent of its area for open zones, landscaping and public squares, while all the apartments have been designed and built as per international standards with expansive views.

There are four types of apartments measuring 57sq.m, 90sq.m, 123sq.m and 139sq.m. Customers can see samples of finished interiors and designs in the model apartments, Sungroup said.

The Sungroup representative also said the luxury lease of the area cost between US$1,500 and $4,000 per month with the room occupancy rate of up to 85 per cent. Thus, investors of the project could sign good deals.

Customers can register to visit the model apartments via hotline 1800 6636 or 0901152666. More details of the project can be received by contacting Sun Realty at 69B, Thuy Khue Street, Tay Ho, Ha Noi or by visiting http://sungrandcity.com — VNS
