HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Real estate developer Sungroup is offering another five per cent discount to buyers of Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort apartments at Ong Doi Cape on January 9 in HCM City.

Last month, the group held a launching event in Ha Noi for the same project and attracted buyers.

Located at the cape at the end of the southern Phu Quoc Island, the 73ha resort runs parallel to the sea on two sides, offering sunrise and sunset views at the same location. Ong Doi Cape in An Thoi District is famous for its soft-as-cream white sand, magnificent views of the hills and cliffs, and is surrounded by primeval forests in jade waters. Thanks to this environment, people call the area the "queen of the sea".

According to the Sungroup, the resort, designed by United Kingdom-based SALA, will have 118 villas of different types on the water and on a hill, as well as beachfront villas and villas on the rocks. The resort will have an overflowing pool system at multiple levels, which is connected to terraced fields in northern Viet Nam. In addition to their own space, the villa owners and guests can enjoy five-star services such as entertainment, gymnasium and spa leisure clubs, as well as children's playgrounds.

The Sungroup said after they purchase the villas, the investors would get their land-use certificates and villa ownership rights, while those who lease their villas would be assured of an annual minimum profit of nine per cent in the first 10 years. In fact, with local luxury resorts attracting several tourists, investment in the resort would ensure greater long-term stability than many other investment channels, the group said.

The villa owners will get 15 nights' free stay in different Sungroup resorts and hotels, and will be able to enjoy the group's membership rights at discounted services. In particular, investors who sign the contract will get to enjoy a six-day, five-night tour of the United States for two people, worth VND250 million (US$11,000), or a three-night package in Sungroup's luxurious InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort or Premier Village Danang Resort. — VNS
