The Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the long-established International Property Awards, and honours the most outstanding real estate enterprises, projects and distributors in the region.
It is the largest, most prestigious and widely recognised programme in the Asia Pacific.
The 2020-21 contest was judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts who focused on standards related to design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
The gala event is going digital this year because of the pandemic.
