The Coffee House, one of the most famous coffee chains in Viet Nam, has opened its SIGNATURE by The Coffee House store at Crescent Mall in HCM City’s District 7.

With its premium and unique positioning, SIGNATURE by The Coffee House is a completely different model from other coffee shops under The Coffee House chain.

The store specialises in serving specialty coffee, fusion food (food which is made using a style of cooking which blends the culinary traditions of two or more nations to create innovative dishes) and features an inspiring space that enables customers to experience a unique coffee journey from bean to cup.

SIGNATURE by The Coffee House was launched to serve customers with all three needs: good coffee, good food and an inspiring space in one place, said Ngo Nguyen Kha, CEO of The Coffee House.

The quality of coffee flavour is guaranteed thanks to the on-site roasting process, with specialty coffee roasted in small batches to get the best quality every time. Materials are rigorously selected to the highest standards.

“In the process of researching to shape the model for SIGNATURE, we found similarities in the Australian coffee culture, with specialty coffees, brunch and a cozy space that is very suitable for informal meetings. Whatever the layout, our ‘Just Roasted’ concept is built on a promise: All coffees at SIGNATURE by The Coffee House are roasted on-site to deliver the best possible flavour and aroma,” Kha said.

After the pandemic, The Coffee House chain has gradually regained its growth momentum and continuously tests new models and products. Its new drink collections have been well received by young customers.

According to Kantar World Panel’s recent report of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in the Asian region, Viet Nam's beverage industry has recovered after two years of being affected by the pandemic. The third quarter of 2022 recorded an average growth rate of 5.2 per cent, only 0.4 per cent lower than the average growth rate of Asia.

Established in 2014, The Coffee House currently has 155 stores across 18 cities and provinces nationwide and is also available on online ordering platforms. — VNS
