In the initial phase, all parties will organise an ultrasound training programme, with monthly workshops focusing on clinical topics and know-how techniques.
Siemens Healthineers, Pham Ngoc Thach Medical University and Imed Medical Equipment will collaborate to foster medical education in future.
This was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) inked in HCM City this week.
The MoU aims to leverage the quality and content of Continuing Medical Education (CME) in the field of diagnostic imaging, especially ultrasound, Siemens Healthineers said in a statement.
In the initial phase, all parties will organise an ultrasound training programme, with monthly workshops focusing on clinical topics and know-how techniques.
Participants will receive a CME certificate issued by Pham Ngoc Thach Medical University.
“One of our missions is to continuously develop and leverage our educational and training quality,” said Ngo Minh Xuan, principal of Pham Ngoc Thach Medical University.
Xuan believed the collaboration with Siemens Healthineers and Imed would play an important role in fulfilling this mission. — VNS
