Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited has waived transfer and cash withdrawal fees at ATMs for individual customers using eKYC services until December 31 this year.

When registering for a new CASA account or internet banking or SOL mobile banking through eKYC service, customers enjoy attractive offers, including free online money transfers inside and outside Shinhan Bank’s system, free online transfers 24/7 to other banks in the NAPAS system and free cash withdrawals at ATMs of other banks in NAPAS using ATM cards up to a maximum of 10 transactions a month.

Shinhan Bank has over the years striven for digital transformation by constantly improving and deploying various outstanding features and optimising safety on the Mobile Banking SOL application.

In March last year, it launched the electronic know your customer service (eKYC) on the SOL Mobile Banking platform to help customers save time and simplify account opening procedures. Over the last year, the eKYC service has received great feedback from customers for its convenience, safety and security.

Simultaneously, the bank has launched a range of digital banking products and services integrating advanced technologies such as smart withdrawal services on mobile banking SOL app, opening cards online and S-Payroll account.

Shinhan was given the Best Foreign Digital Bank Vietnam award for 2022 by the World Economic Magazine for its constant efforts at digital transformation to bring optimal experiences to customers.
