Saigon Co.op is partnering with NTUC FairPrice of Singapore to set up a Co.opXtra hypermarket there.
The mall also includes a cineplex with Viet Nam's first IMAX cinema and also Viet Nam's first ever sky park or an open-air park on the roof deck with spray tunnels, water cannons, and water fountains.
Goh Wee Keng, general director of Vietsin Commercial Complex Development Joint Stock Company - the joint venture between the two partners - said 80 per cent of the facility's net lettable area had been taken.
A host of domestic and international fashion brands, California Fitness & Yoga Centre, Nu Cuoi Vui Bowling and Games Centre, Apple Kids World, Phuong Nam Bookstore, and leading children, maternity, and food and beverage brands will have stores in the mall.
