Two Michelin stars chef Joseph Tsang and his team from Hong Kong will bring the best of Cantonese cuisine to Saigon this Tet holiday to satisfy lovers of Cantonese food.

The special “Taste of Hong Kong” buffet event will take place at the Le Meridien Saigon from January 21- 27, with the talented chef’s signature dishes such as crispy shrimp balls with caviar, black truffle shrimp dumpling, Liarong crispy duck, traditional Peking duck, abalone on stuffed zucchini, and more.

The icing on the cake will be “Chef Tsang’s Special Lobster,” with the secret sauce that made his name.

Born into a family of chefs in Hong Kong, Joseph Tsang’s family tradition and hometown have shaped his passion for cooking since the age of 16. Chef Tsang uses traditional local ingredients and spices, together with his secret recipe to keep the authentic taste of Hong Kong.

Each dish tells a historical tale about Cantonese cuisine. During his 42-year gastronomic journey, Chef Tsang gained an envious reputation for being a culinary artist, endorsed by the two-Michelin stars he received in Hong Kong.
