Robb Report, Diamond Island build new luxury structure


The Robb Report, Viet Nam's luxury publication and Kusto Investment management Ltd. Co, an investor of HCM City-based Diamond Island announced on Tuesday their collaboration on the Robb Report Residence, set to be one of luxury living spaces in Viet Nam.

HCM CITY (Biz Hub)—The Robb Report, Viet Nam's luxury publication and Kusto Investment management Ltd. Co, an investor of HCM City-based Diamond Island announced on Tuesday their collaboration on the Robb Report Residence, set to be one of luxury living spaces in Viet Nam.

The residence will begin construction in early 2014, and will be completed in May.

The residence, spread over two levels on the 16th and 17th floors spanning two towers of Diamond Island, will include designs and furnishings from some of the luxury brands from around the world, such as Fendi Casa, Swarovski Lighting, and TechnoGym.

Similar projects have been done in the US and Russia.

Diamond Island, which saw its first tenants move in earlier this year, has 50 per cent occupancy rate. — VNS
