Nestle’s Milo brand has created a wearable device it calls ‘Champ Squad’ to measure children’s daily energy balance.

It syncs with an app where parents can monitor their child’s activity like steps taken, calories burned, and distance and time, and calculate the balance between energy input and output.

The kit can be bought at Aeon Mall stores and online at shopping portal Lazada.

Milo has sponsored many school sports activities like summer camps as part of a series of activities under its “Active Viet Nam” programme it initiated together with the Ministry of Education and Training and Viet Nam Sports Administration.— VNS
