Masterise Homes on Tuesday signed up Marriot International to manage its Ritz-Carlton Residences, Ha Noi, a standalone luxury residential project that will mark the debut of the Ritz-Carlton brand in the country.

It is scheduled for completion in late 2023.

Jason Turnbull, deputy managing director and CFO of Masterise Homes, said: “We are proud to introduce The Ritz-Carlton brand and a new luxury lifestyle to Viet Nam.

“The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Ha Noi at The Grand is an ultra-luxury development set to offer an enduring legacy for residents and expected to be a masterpiece that matches the beauty of the façade’s classical architecture and modern design combined with the legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton. This project expects to … elevate Viet Nam’s position on the global real-estate map.”

The project features award-winning architects, designers and project management consultants.

Once completed, it will be the fifth Ritz-Carlton Residences property in the Asia Pacific after earlier ones in Singapore, Bangkok, Colombo, and Kuala Lumpur.

It will be situated at the heart of the prestigious Hoan Kiem District on Hang Bai Road and near Hoan Kiem Lake, one of the city’s most beloved landmarks.

The 104-unit branded residences will feature one- to three-bedroom residences.

It will be the second Marriott-branded housing in Viet Nam after the milestone Grand Marina, Saigon, announced earlier this year under two brands within the Marriot Bonvoy portfolio – JW Marriott and Marriott Hotels. — VNS
