Bui Manh Hai, CEO of Lotte Mart Vietnam in the north, apprised the attendees about his supermarket’s private labels, opportunities for collaboration with it and its long-term collaboration policies and strategies.
Launched in May 2016, Choice L is an exclusive brand of Lotte Mart in Viet Nam that has quickly won consumers’ trust, he said.
It is positioned as a high-quality family product brand in both the domestic and export markets, he said.
Lotte has developed more than 1,000 products under the label, including foodstuffs, home appliances, fashion products, and electronics.
Lotte executives also spoke about supply solutions, including for restaurants and hotels.
At international exhibitions such as the Vietnam Food Expo and Vietnam International Retail and Franchise Show, the brand has caught the eye of foreign partners and got positive feedback from consumers, they said.
The supermarket hoped the conference would open up co-operation opportunities for both sides. — VNS
