Lock&Lock presents gifts to disadvantaged families in northern mountainous provinces


Lock&Lock HN Co, Ltd, in collaboration with the Ha Noi Red Cross Society and the Red Cross Society of Tuyen Quang Province, has organised a programme to give gifts to disadvantaged families and ethnic minorities in Na Hang District in Tuyen Quang Province.

Lock&Lock HN Co, Ltd, in collaboration with the Ha Noi Red Cross Society and the Red Cross Society of Tuyen Quang Province, has organised a programme to give gifts to disadvantaged families and ethnic minorities in Na Hang District in Tuyen Quang Province.

Fifty-two gifts, each including Lock & Lock products and VND500,000 (US$21.5) in cash, have been given to families in difficult circumstances and families under the Government’s preferential treatment policies.

The programme also set up three areas to donate a total of 2,400 Lock & Lock kitchen utensils to poor households and families in difficult circumstances in the district (each family is entitled to receive three different products).

The programme is the opening activity for "Let's Go Together" campaign held by Lock & Lock HN Co, Ltd in collaboration with the Ha Noi Red Cross Society.

The campaign is expected to present gifts worth more than VND6.6 billion ($284,452) to more than 9,800 disadvantaged households in 14 northern mountainous provinces.

The fourteen localities are Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Lao Cai, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, and Hoa Binh. — VNS
