Kabin, one of the most loved Cantonese restaurants in HCM City, revealed its brand new curated menu, serving modern Chinese cuisine prepared with both traditionally authentic methods and innovative approaches.

Kabin has long been known as one of the best Cantonese cuisine restaurants in the city with All-You-Can-Eat dim sum. However, new executive chef Kongrad Radi Renggli has shared his vision of creating a new menu as well as a new way of serving, providing a new paradigm of Chinese cuisine experience.

The new Kabin offers curated a la carte with a focus on quality over quantity.

“We have smaller portions than other restaurants; with that being said, even when two or three people come to eat, they have an opportunity to order more dishes and try,” chef Radi said, “With this new approach and smaller plates, diners can have more variety for their experience.”

In order to make diners feel at home and experience the authentic tastes, Kabin offers everything house-made, from the most loved kim-chi and salted peanuts to the very delicious dim sum covers.

One of the most wonderful main courses created has become the talk-of-the-town that you should not miss when visiting Kabin: a 42-day applewood roasted peking duck. For this special dish, the duck is aged in a custom air-drying fridge for 42 days before being roasted in a custom oven – a process that takes over 48 hours from start to finish.

The variety of meat dishes in Kabin's new menu will satisfy all patrons with its signature aged black vinegar sweet and sour pork and wok-fried US wagyu beef in black pepper sauce. Seafood lovers will also revel in Kabin's signature baked Atlantic cod, refined and freshly delicious.

When it comes to the dessert, sweets lovers should not miss Kabin’s signature custard carrots. The little carrot shaped bao envelops the salted egg, custard powder, sugar, and milk. Diners will surely enjoy this delightful dessert with every bite.
