ERP is a business management software that integrates all facets of running a company like planning, development, sales and marketing.

Le Tri Thong, PNJ’s deputy chairman and head of the ERP project, said to sustain its advantages and maximise business operations PNJ needs to have a capable technology system that would help expand its network and product portfolio and gather more data.

According to Josephine Galla, SAP representative, SAP 4HANA is the latest generation of ERP technology and PNJ is the first company in Viet Nam to buy it.
