Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) have signed a cooperation agreement with Kuwait-based HOT Engineering & Construction Company, marking another step in the company’s Middle East market integration strategy.

Accordingly, HOT Engineering & Construction Company (HOT Engineering) will be partnering with HBC in the Kuwaiti market to conduct business activities with a focus on civil engineering and infrastructure.

Both companies will jointly bid for government and private projects in the Kuwaiti market as well as participate in projects won by HOT Engineering.

Following the signing ceremony, the two sides will continue to execute detailed plans of operation and cooperation for specific projects over the next five years and will make plans to join the Kuwaiti government’s construction projects aimed at realising the government’s 2035 vision of "Turning Kuwait into a regional financial center for trade."

To maximise the strength of HBC in the construction field in the Kuwaiti market, HOT Engineering is ready to support HBC as the general contractor or main contractor in these joint projects.
