Asian online insurance and financial products comparison site GoBear will set up a new regional software development team in HCM City next month.

The unit will be responsible for building the company’s next generation application code. This includes branching out into newer technologies like microservices, serverless code execution, schemaless databases, AI and in-memory grid computing.

“In line with our strategy to continuously improve our product offering, we are expanding our in-house software development team,” Ivonne Bojoh, CXO & co-founder of GoBear, said.

True to the start-up culture of GoBear, the unit will be located in a co-working space, The Hive Saigon in District 2. — VNS
