The Celadon Sports and Resort Centre (CSRC) of Gamuda Land (HCM City) has won the award for Leisure Development Vietnam at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020-2021 organised by the International Property Awards.

This is one of the major categories of this reputable global award series, which is held annually.

Established and headquartered in the UK, International Property Awards (IPA) is one of the leading prestigious international organisations in the field of evaluating and awarding real estate businesses worldwide.

IPA awards are trusted by the international real estate investor community as a reliable source of information for assessing the quality of projects and developers.

As part of the world-class township Celadon City (in Tan Phu District, HCM City), CSRC is the largest private sport complex in Viet Nam.

With a total area of more than 5.4 hectares, CSRC offers a sophisticated modern architectural style, harmoniously combining green space and an airy aesthetic.

Though it is a fitness centre, it is designed in the style of a leisure resort, with modern facilities and a variety of equipment for many different types of exercise. CSRC members can freely choose the form of exercise according to their preferences, from gym, yoga, dance, swimming, tennis, badminton, basketball and football to the relaxing sauna.

Angus Liew Bing Fooi, general director of Gamuda Land (HCM City), said: “This award is a great compliment to the efforts and hard work that Gamuda Land has spent on Celadon City. It once again affirms the correctness of the development strategy that we have applied to this project.”

During more than a decade of development in Viet Nam, Gamuda Land has created two world-class urban areas at the two economic engines of the nation, Ha Noi and HCM City.

Established in 1995, Gamuda Land is the real estate development arm of Malaysia’s Gamuda Berhad. — VNS
