VPBANK SMBC Finance Company Limited has awarded the Vietnamese women’s football team VND3 billion (US$128,400) for again winning the SEA Games gold medal.
Yasuhiko Imai, vice chairman of FE Credit's board of members, said: “The gift that FE Credit gives to the national women's team today is [also because] they really worked hard and overcame all difficulties to achieve the victory.”
Mai Duc Chung, head coach of the team, thanked the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), fans and sponsors.
