A V-GREEN and EverSolar marks a significant step forward in the deployment of franchised charging stations. 

EverSolar Energy Joint Stock Company has officially entered a cooperation agreement with V-GREEN Global Charging Station Development Joint Stock Company to transform its existing charging stations into V-GREEN franchise stations. This initiative will specifically cater to owners of VinFast electric vehicles.

As part of the agreement, EverSolar will acquire several charging stations from its EverCharge network across the country and upgrade them to the V-GREEN franchise model. The updated stations will feature V-GREEN charging posts, ensuring they are integrated into the broader V-GREEN network, which is designed to support VinFast users.

EverSolar, known for its focus on new energy solutions through the EverEV brand, will invest in new equipment and replace existing setups to meet V-GREEN standards. The company will manage and operate these stations, sharing revenue based on the energy consumed by customers.

V-GREEN is actively promoting its franchise model, having received nearly 1,000 applications from potential partners nationwide. EverSolar stands out as a significant collaborator, shifting from a model that supports all electric vehicle brands to one dedicated exclusively to VinFast. This transition is particularly timely, as VinFast has emerged as a market leader in Việt Nam as of September 2024.

This partnership not only enhances EverSolar’s business prospects by securing a steady customer base but also underscores the commitment of Vietnamese enterprises to support the nation’s green transformation. With the collective efforts of various partners, the VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem is set to expand significantly, establishing Việt Nam as one of the countries with the highest density of charging stations worldwide, with coverage across all 63 provinces and cities. - VNS
