According to a spokesperson for the Saigon Union of Trading Co-operatives (Saigon Co.op), Co.opmart supermarket’s “Accumulating Stamps to Exchange for High-class Gift for Free” programme, which has been highly appreciated by customers around the country, will close on July 30 as originally scheduled.
The programme has attracted a lot of customers due to two main reasons: the novelty, premium nature and safety of the gift products and their big difference with conventional gifts that retailers usually offer their customers.
Under the programme, customers with Co.opmart cards of all categories get a stamp for every VND200,000 (US$8.7) they spend at Co.opmart, Co.opXtra or Co.op Food.
When they collect enough stamps, they can exchange them for high-grade Spiegelau brand crystal products, which are exclusively imported from Germany, for free.
There are various crystal items on offer: sets of two red wine glasses, two white wine glasses, two tall glasses, two short glasses, water bottles, and small and large bowls.
The Spiegelau crystal sets have a number of unique features such as being harder to break than normal products and safe because they contain absolutely no lead. They also have high purity and are environment-friendly.
There is only one week left for customers to accumulate the stamps required to win these precious gifts, and so a large number of customers are expected come to the supermarket.
Customers have until August 13 to collect their gifts. — VNS
