KHÁNH HÒA — CEO Group officially started construction of the Novotel Cam Ranh Resort at Bãi Dài, Cam Ranh, marking a new milestone in its journey to build a 5-star resort chain in Việt Nam.

The project is operated by global hospitality leader Accor under the Novotel brand, reaffirming CEO Group’s long-term strategy to develop international-standard tourism infrastructure.

Spanning nearly eight hectares, the resort will offer 387 hotel rooms, villas and bungalows, including a luxury presidential villa. Key amenities include a sky bar, pool, restaurants and a children's play area, all designed with modern and elegant aesthetics.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, CEO Group Chairman Đoàn Văn Bình said: "We are not only creating a resort, but also creating a new symbol for Central Vietnam tourism — where indigenous nature, classy design and international operating standards converge to bring the most complete experience to visitors."

This is the third Novotel-branded resort by CEO Group, following successful partnerships with Accor in Phú Quốc. It reflects the group’s ambition to develop a nationwide 5-star resort network with 3,000–5,000 rooms.

“We are very proud to continue to accompany CEO Group in the journey of expanding the Novotel branded hotel chain in Việt Nam. Novotel Cam Ranh Resort promises to become the next bright pearl in Accor's collection of destinations in Asia,” said Vice President of Accor Operations in Việt Nam, Philippines and Maldives Xavier Cappelut.

Established 24 years ago, CEO Group is a multi-industry enterprise with a presence in many sectors, including tourism real estate. The group operates large resort complexes in Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang Province and Vân Đồn, Quảng Ninh Province, and is developing more resorts in other locations in Việt Nam. The Novotel Cam Ranh Resort project is a strategic move for CEO Group into the central region, where the business has high expectations for developing quality, sustainable and unique tourism products.

The resort is expected to open in October 2026, coinciding with CEO Group’s 25th anniversary. It will contribute to local economic development by creating jobs, increasing budget revenues and enhancing Việt Nam’s global tourism profile. — VNS
