The College of Business Administration Management and German non-profit education and training organisation SBH Group (Stiftung Bildung & Handwerk) have begun enrolling students for their "double vocational training" programme in hospitality.

The programme, designed for students aged 18-27, will see them take an intensive German language course in Viet Nam and then a professional German language course in Germany before going on to do a learning-working course.

Their tuition fees will be waived and they will be paid a basic salary of 550-700 euros per month in addition to all the insurance locals are eligible for.

After graduation they will be given help to find a job in a restaurant, international hotel or luxury resort in Germany with a starting monthly salary of 1,600 – 2,500 euros.

They will be allowed to stay for long and work legally, getting the same wages and other benefits as locals.

The CBAM in collaboration with NETFIN JSC would help students in a difficult financial situation get sponsorships and loans.

Trainees will receive consultancy to safeguard their rights under German residency laws through CBAM's partner in Germany, the Anwealte am Osktreuz Law Company. — VNS
