The company, which owns nine food and beverage trademarks and 20 outlets including Chill Sky Bar, Air 360 Sky Bar, Sorae, San Fu Lou and Dì Mai, said it is focusing on restructuring and expansion.
So, along with the new outlets, it would also develop two or three new concepts in the industry, it said.
This would help improve its competitiveness, list on the stock market in the next two or three years and compete with its rivals in the region, it said.
The company on Wednesday unveiled a new logo on the occasion of its 10th anniversary.
Capella Holdings, formerly Ben Thanh Land, was established in 2006. After initially operating in the real estate sector, in 2011 it got into food and beverages and hospitality.
It owns several popular wedding and convention centres in HCM City like Riverside Palace, Claris Palace, Capella Parkview, and Capella Gallery Hall. — VNS
