HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Syrena Viet Nam, the subsidiary in charge of tourism and property development of the multi-sector BIM Group, handed over the first 15 high-profile Little Vietnam townhouses to buyers in September.

Little Vietnam, which won an award for being the Best Mixed-Use Development of Viet Nam at the Asia-Pacific Awards is now near completion after more than one year of construction, in line with the developer's commitment to buyers.

Covering an area of 3.3ha in the Halong Marina Urban Area, Little Vietnam has a unique architectural design that replicates Ha Noi's Old Quarter and Hoi An's Ancient Town in harmony with contemporary designs. It caused a "phenomenon" in the northern high-end property market last year, with a large number of investors lining up to purchase the townhouses.

Syrena Viet Nam said a whopping 101 out of 109 townhouses of Little Vietnam were sold out within just three months.

Little Vietnam is expected to become a developed trade community and an attractive destination for tourists in Ha Long City. It will become operational next year.

Its three-and-a-half-storey townhouses, comprising 80 units built in Ha Noi architecture (Little Ha Noi) and 29 units in Hoi An architecture (Little Hoi An), will offer comfortable accommodation to residents and promising profits to retail businesses.

The buyers will also receive attractive financial or leasing support from the developer, worth up to hundreds of millions of dong.

The BIM Group boasts a line-up of high-profile projects in Quang Ninh, Phu Quoc and Laos, with the highlight this year being Van Lien (Lotus Residences), a resort townhouse project in the prime location of the Halong Marina Urban Area, following the success of Little Vietnam last year.

The BIM Group is famous for being one of the leading property developers in Viet Nam because of its quality products and services that offer guaranteed progress and profits.

The Halong Marina Urban Area, covering 248ha and stretching along a 3km beach in Ha Long City, comprises many other projects such as Coral Townhouse, Halong Marine Plaza, Sun Rise Apartment and Green Bay Village, with some already in operation. — VNS
