Online food delivery application Baemin Vietnam has set up the Baemin Academy to create a learning eco-system for all its partners in the food and beverages industry.

It first launched a similar academy with diverse training contents and formats in its native South Korea in 2014.

Jinwoo Song, CEO of Baemin, said: “Baemin Academy is a testament to company’s serious and long-term commitment to our merchant-partners to help them raise the bar and achieve sustainable growth.

“With the ambition to … nurture Viet Nam's food eco-system, we will constantly invest and focus on educational initiatives to help improve the lives not only of our partners but also of our users and other relevant stakeholders.

“Baemin Academy has been received extremely well in Korea and is considered one of the most practical, innovative and large-scale community initiatives.”

The academy will regularly expand and diversify training programmes and update content that is not only useful to partners but also responds to changes in the food technology industry.

It will also organise offline courses.

Baemin is an online food delivery application operated by Woowa Brothers, the leading food delivery company in South Korea, and Delivery Hero, the world's leading food delivery technology corporation, which provides services in more than 50 countries. — VNS
