Bamboo Airways has been honoured by the World Travel Awards in two significant categories: "Asia's Leading Regional Airline 2023" and "Asia's Leading Airline Rewards Programme 2023” at a ceremony for the Asia-Oceania region held in HCM City.

Bamboo Airways won the title of "Asia's Leading Regional Airline 2023" over competitors from many countries, such as Ana Wings (an airline affiliated with All Nippon Airways, Japan), Bangkok Airways (Thailand), Lao Airlines (Laos), Sriwijaya Air (Indonesia), THAI Smile Air (Thailand), and Vistara (India).

Earlier, the airline was also honoured in Asia in 2019 and 2020 for this significant category.

Additionally, Bamboo Airways earned the title of “Asia's Leading Airline Rewards Programme 2023" over formidable competitors including Cathay Pacific (Hong Kong), Japan Airlines (Japan), Singapore Airlines (Singapore), Thai Airways (Thailand), and Vietjetair (Việt Nam).

The Bamboo Club programme has significantly aided Bamboo Airways in its journey to win customers' hearts by offering many benefits, information, and the best quality services.

Established in 2017, Bamboo Airways is the first private airline in Việt Nam that aims to offer international services on every flight. The airline operates an expansive domestic network to 22 out of 22 airports in Việt Nam while constantly expanding its global presence to continental gateways in Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

Since its operation, Bamboo Airways has transported more than 20 million passengers, leading the industry with an on-time performance of 95 per cent and a 100 per cent safety rate.

In August 2023, Bamboo Airways was also voted by the prestigious UK International Finance Magazine as the airline with "Best Crew Service in Việt Nam 2023."

Established in 1993, the World Travel Awards is among the most prestigious international awards in the field of tourism. This award is considered the Oscar of tourism that recognises and honours outstanding names in the global industry.
