Ba Na Hills, the hill station resort located on the Truong Son mountains, has received the Trust and Use Awards 2016, an honour given to businesses trusted by consumers.

Constituted by Tieu&Dung Viet Nam (Viet Nam Consumption Advisory) magazine in 2006, the awards recognise and celebrate enterprises that offer among the top 100 quality products and services in Việt Nam every year.

“The pleasure and happiness of customers who visit and relax at the Ba Na Hills Tourism Complex is our top priority and we will continue to improve the quality of our service,” said Hoang Van Thieu, deputy director of the Ba Na Hills Cable Car Service JSC.

From January to October, the organising board of the awards received 16,000 votes and online feedback from 62,000 people nation-wide on more than 4,000 products and services. Among these, Ba Na Hills received many positive votes for clean environment and good services.

Trust and Use Awards 2016 nominates products and services in seven fields: finance-banking-insurance, food and retail, fashion-cosmetics-beauty services, household appliances-interior decor, pharmaceuticals and health care equipment, tourism-resorts-real estate and telecommunications-technology.

The results are derived from consumer votes and are based on several criteria, including product quality, safety, clean and energy-saving manufacturing and brand prestige, among other things.

This year, Ba Na Hills has received several awards from local and international organisations, including the Best Resort 2016 by Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism and the For the labourer title by the Viet Nam General Confederation of Labour. — VNS
