Ascott recognised as Asia's leading serviced apartment brand for 7th year


Two honourable awards at the “Tourism Oscars” – World Travel Awards 2022 have been granted to The Ascott Vietnam and Somerset Grand Ha Noi.

Two honourable awards at the “Tourism Oscars” – World Travel Awards 2022 have been granted to The Ascott Vietnam and Somerset Grand Ha Noi. This is a testament to Ascott’s excellence in hospitality operations.

At the 29th World Travel Awards which was held in HCM City last week, The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment Limited, has been awarded the top honour of ‘Leading Serviced Apartment Brand’ in Asia and “Viet Nam's Leading Serviced Apartments”.

Winners were voted by travel industry professionals and consumers worldwide as hallmarks of industry excellence.

The Ascott Vietnam and Somerset Grand Hanoi clinched the top awards for serviced apartments respectively as “Viet Nam's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand” and “Viet Nam's Leading Serviced Apartments”. These are two out of more than 17 awards that The Ascott Limited global has clinched at this year’s Asia and Oceania awards, spanning across the company’s five brands – Ascott, Citadines, Quest, Somerset, and its recently acquired Oakwood brand. This also marks the ninth time that Somerset Grand Hanoi has won this exalted award. These awards continue the strong recognition of Ascott as the best in the industry, having won the prestigious ‘World’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand’ title at World Travel Awards 2021.
