An Phat Holdings spends VND15 billion on cars for employees


An Phat Holdings on Friday handed over 10 cars to employees of the group and subsidiaries at its headquarters in Ha Noi.

An Phat Holdings on Friday handed over 10 cars to employees at its headquarters in Ha Noi.

On Thursday, it also gifted 18 cars to its mid-level or higher management employees with good working records.

The group spent about VND15.3 billion to provide the 28 cars as part of the company’s social welfare policies that have been maintained for 10 years.

At the ceremony, Pham Van Tuan, deputy CEO of An Phat Holdings, said: “Along with business development, management policy and human resource development are always our deep concern. With the motto ‘people first,’ we always want to increase profits for employees, especially long-term employees with good working records.”

An Phat Holdings has handed over 120 cars to employees so far. This is one of its social welfare policies alongside other policies such as a full-time labour policy, reward policy, and accommodation support.

The group wants to create a firm corporate culture foundation and humane behaviour culture to become the best choice for employees.
