Việt Nam car maker VinFast is actively enhancing its service workshop network to boost customer satisfaction and meet rising demands for vehicle maintenance. Following its success as Việt Nam's top-selling automotive brand in September 2024, with over 9,300 electric vehicles sold, the company is poised for further growth.

To prepare for the anticipated surge in vehicle sales, VinFast plans to deliver nearly 80,000 cars by the year's end and will add 150 new service workshops -- particularly in regions with high electric vehicle usage, such as Hà Nội and HCM City.

The existing workshops will be reorganised to ensure coverage across all provinces. VinFast aims to become the leading car company in Việt Nam with the most extensive service network by the end of 2024. Training programmes for technicians will also be prioritised to enhance after-sales service quality. — VNS
