HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Mitsubishi Vietnam will launch its Mirage sedan in Viet Nam this month. They will be imported from Thailand.

The manual model will sell for VND440 million (about US$20,900) and the automatic model for VND510 million (about $24,200).

Mitsubishi is confident that the sedan will appeal to small car buyers because of its low fuel consumption and spacious cabin.

The Mirage will compete with the Mazda 2, Suzuki Swift, Hyundai i20, Ford Fiesta and Toyota Yaris.

The Mirage is the group's best selling sedan in Thailand, having chalked up sales of nearly 14,000 units in four months after it was introduced in the country. — VNS
