HA NOI (Biz Hub) — A new apartment project named Vinhomes Nguyen Chi Thanh - Ha Noi was launched by the Vingroup real estate firm in Ha Noi on October 21.
Nearly 380 high-standard apartments will be available for sale through the STDA property market.
According to the Vinhomes Real Estate Trading and Management Ltd, Vinhomes Nguyen Chi Thanh - Hanoi is located at 54A, Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, adjacent to the western urban area, the new centre of the capital city, and is well connected to the centre and the outskirts of the city.
Featuring one- to four- bedroom units, the project will span 13,039sqm and will have two 30-storey apartment and office buildings, and a six-storey structure that will comprise a commercial centre, services centre, and hypermarkets.
The investor said that with its special design, the project will have natural light, air convection and private gardens.
"Like other Vinhomes projects, the residents in Vinhomes Nguyen Chi Thanh - Hanoi will not only enjoy a high living standard, but also utility systems of international standards," said Nguyen Dieu Linh, Vinhomes chairwoman and Vingroup's deputy president.
The utility systems include commercial centres with modern entertainment services, supermarkets and international polyclinic Vinmec, as well as a Vinschool preschool, swimming pool and a luxurious lobby lounge. There will also be a butler service, a surveillance camera system and parking.
The company is offering its customers a 10-year free service management, a VND30-million (US$1,470) Vinmec Family medical package for two adults and two children and a voucher for stay at a Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort.
The project is expected to be completed by late 2015 or early 2016. — VNS
