Targeted at real estate professionals navigating a rapidly changing market, the new season seeks to offer insights into key topics shaping the real estate landscape.
JLL Vietnam is set to explore market challenges and opportunities, offering updates on industry trends through a series of expert-led discussions. Stephanie Dinh, head of workplace strategy, will engage with Paul Fisher, the country head, on how organisations are adapting workplace strategies to meet changing employee needs. They will delve into innovative designs and hybrid work models affecting office space demand in Việt Nam.
Will Tran, head of office leasing advisory, and Trang Le, head of research and consulting, will examine supply, demand, and rental trends in the HCM City office market, highlighting investment opportunities and market dynamics influenced by economic and technological shifts.
“Our goal with REal Talk is to provide real estate professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions in a fast-moving market,” Dam Tra My, marketing director at JLL Vietnam, said.
