Novaland announces new promotion for RiverGate project in District 4. — VNS Photo

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Customers buying office-tel apartments in the RiverGate Project in HCM City's District 4 will receive a discount of 10 per cent, according to the Novaland Group, the project developer.

The group said this new programme would help to stimulate purchases.

In addition, an interest rate of 7 per cent per year up to the end of August 2017 will be offered to buyers who have a special installment package. The interest rate will be used on the customer's payment.

Moreover, a free interior decor package and lucky money of VND16-18 million (US$760-850) for the Lunar New Year will be sent to the customers.

RiverGate is a complex of apartments, office-tels and trade centres in District 4 near Ong Lanh Bridge. It is 900 metres from the Ben Thanh Market.

The project covers an area of 9,600 sq metres with buildings of 27-33 stories. — VNS
