DA NANG (Biz Hub) — The FPT City Joint Stock Company under the FPT Corporation has opened the sale of its Smart townhouses in the FPT Da Nang City Project, in Ngu Hanh Son district.

Commercial director of the company, Tran Anh Quoc Cuong said it is the first stage of the 181-ha office complex project, which began construction last year, with an investment of VND485 billion (US$23 million).

"We just offered customers 1,000 houses in the first stage with the first ever ‘green' urban home in Da Nang. The project has designed office space, apartments and villas for 10,000 Information Technology employees and FPT University, from 2016," Cuong said.

He said the project, which was designed for a population of 50,000, reserved 40 per cent land area for lakes, parks, traffic and public entertainment centres in a ‘green' environment with standard waste water treatment, energy saving and renewal energy

In the sale debut this month, a house in shopping street was offered at price of VND1.6 billion (US$76,000).

The project, which was recognised as an environment friendly and energy-saving complex by the ministry of construction, won the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) award, and a resource efficiency certification in Viet Nam to building designs from IFC, a member of the World Bank Group last year.

FPT City also includes a six-storey building with a 1,500-litre solar-power heater system and a solar power generator which can produce 12KWh daily.

FPT city is situated near Da Nang-Hoi An road and is 800m away from a public beach connected to beach resorts. — VNS
