The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance decided to increase the retail prices of petrol products starting from November 1.

Accordingly, the price of E5 RON92 was raised by VNĐ249 to a maximum of VNĐ22,614 per litre, while RON95-III has increased by VNĐ416 to VNĐ23,929 per litre.

On the other hand, the prices of diesel oil, kerosene, and mazut have been adjusted downwards. Diesel oil is now priced at VNĐ21,940 per litre, kerosene at VNĐ22,305 per litre, and mazut at VNĐ16,240 VND per kilogramme. These prices represent a decrease of VNĐ549, VNĐ448, and VNĐ373, respectively.

With this price adjustment, the two ministries decided not to use the petrol and oil price stabilisation fund. — VNS
