NovaGroup alsways focuses on creating a good working environment for its staff

The biggest Vocational Day will be organised by NovaGroup at its NovaWorld Phan Thiet this weekend, with over 500 jobs up for grabs.

Candidates will be directly interviewed by company executives, receive advice from experts, connect with parters and each other, study NovaGroup’s ecosystem, and visit NovaWorld Phan Thiet.

Over 500 jobs in positions such as supervisors, staff, managers at NovaGroup companies such as Novaland, Nova Service, Nova Industry, and Nova Capital Parterswill be offered

They are open to applicants from the entire country expecially from HCM City, Binh Thuan Province and neighbour bouring provinces.

NovaGroup’s competitive and preferential policies,training and excellent working environment are factors that keep workers at the company for a long time.

Staffs are also offered preferential and interesting services available at NovaGroup’s ecosystem.

Notably, the company is developing housing for 10,000 employees at its projects to ensure they have accommodation while working at those locations.

Under its development strategy, NovaGroup targets developing 50 satellite urban areas in 30 provinces and cities and nine SEA regional-standard entertainment areas.

By 2025 it is estimated that 36 million people will use Nova Service’s products.

Over 250,000 places selling fast moving consumer goodsmade by Nova Consumer will be built in the country, and many of the products will also be exported.

To achieve the targets, NovaGroup focuses on developinghuman resources.

Nova Service opened a chain of stores selling hundreds of international food and beverage and fashion brands immediately after NovaWorld Phan Thiet, NovaWorld Ho Tram and Aqua City projects were completed.

In the retail sector, Nova FnB plans to develop 250 food and beverage stores this year and serve 4.5 million customers.

The number of these stores is set to increase to 500 by 2023, serving eight million customers.

Nova Commerce will open over 100 supermarkets and trade centres under the Nova Market, Nova Supermarket and Nova Mall brands.

In the property sector, Novaland and Nova Industry have stepped up recruitment for many positions to accelerate work on many construction projects.

By 2025 NovaGroup is expected to create direct jobs for 240,000 workers and 1.3 million others will indirectly benefit from the jobs.
