HA GIANG (Biz Hub) — The northern province of Ha Giang welcomed about 440,000 visitors, including 130,000 foreigners this year.
The figure represents a 5 per cent increase year-on-year, according to the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The province obtained about VND500 billion (US$23.8 million) in tourism revenues, reaching the target set for this year.
The department said the province would continue to improve the quality of tourism products and call for more businesses to invest in the area's hospitality sector. — VNS
