HA NAM (Biz Hub)— The Japanese city of Sakai is eager to establish good economic and investment relations with the Vietnamese province of Ha Nam.
Sakai International Business Council President Kiyoshi Shirooka delivered the message during a working session with local authorities on Tuesday.
He spoke highly on the province's efforts to prepare infrastructure facilities and extend incentives for foreign investors, particularly those from Japan. — VNS
